Usually we call you straight back but this may take up to 24 hours due to high customer enquiry levels. The reason that we call you to discuss your repair is:

  3. We can estimate the length of time the repair could take.
  4. We can estimate a cost that you are happy with.
There is no need to pay us until the job is complete and all Postal repairs are not only fully insured but also returned with a full 12 month guarantee.
